The denture that clips onto your implants is a fixed price at Dentures Direct: $5,250 per arch. No tax, no "starting at," no surprise add-ons once you're in the chair. This is the part we control entirely — it's designed and milled in our own North York lab, so we can quote it with certainty.

Part 2: The implant surgery — the part that varies

The implants themselves are placed by an oral surgeon and billed separately from the denture. This is the number that shifts case to case, because it depends on your bone density, whether you need a graft, and which surgeon does the work. Last year, the average across our referred patients was about $2,370 per implant — but your CBCT scan (a 3D X-ray your surgeon takes) is the only way to get an exact figure for your jaw.

Here's roughly what a full case can look like, using last year's average surgical cost:
