After suffering for 6+ months with an ill fitting lower implant supported denture (made by another company), I reached out to Dentures Direct for a free consultation. "Here is my experience with Dentures Direct and Damien. He was a god sent Denturist over this past few days as I was desperately looking for a Denturist to help me with my dad’s missing denture. My 86 Year old dad lost or misplaced his denture and it happens at the worst time of the year when everyone is away on Christmas holidays. His assistant accommodate me with an immediate consultation visit. Damien fully understood the situation and the health impact it may have on my dad and came to the rescue by accommodating us with the best professional service one can ask for and in a highly expedited fashion. "My 91-year old father's dentures broke on a Saturday afternoon. He was despondent and I was frantic to find someone somewhere to repair them. Being a Saturday afternoon, everything nearby was either closed or no one was available. I happened upon Dentures Direct where Damien answered the phone despite the clinic being officially closed and him being on the way out. Despite my not being a previous customer, he spent valuable time trying to find a solution for me, and upon realizing that I would probably be out of luck until Monday, simply told me to come in and he would stay and repair them. I cannot find the words to properly describe what that meant to me and my dad. For me, the simple fact that he spent time on the phone with me to try to find a solution would have garnered him 5 stars for customer service. But his willingness to stay on a Saturday afternoon, do a rush job, and do a superior job (the seam was not even visible) makes me wish I could give more stars. This is a clinic I not only highly recommend, but I recommend you take the time to travel there if you live farther away. They truly take the concept of customer service to a new level. "I took my 86-year-old dad into Damien's office last year and got his upper dentures refitted perfectly. My dad ate so well for one year! Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with late-stage cancer only a couple of months ago, lost a lot of weight, and is getting end-of-life care at home. His dentures didn't fit the way they did before because of the changes in his body and gums due to losing weight from the cancer. I told Damien that my dad wasn't strong enough to leave the house, but he still wants his dentures refitted again because he still enjoys eating, so Damien generously brought his equipment to my dad's house and refitted the dentures for my dad at our home as a special service. Damien isn't only a talented craftsman, but a sincere and compassionate person. I can't recommend him enough. Here's a pic of my dad eating chips and biscuits with his new refitted dentures!"
