What Dentures Actually Cost in Toronto

Most clinics won't put a number on a website. We will. Below is what we charge, what moves the price up or down, and what the Canadian Dental Care Plan covers — so you can work out roughly where you land before you ever pick up the phone.

Every figure here is our own fee. You get an exact number in writing after a free consultation — no charge, no pressure.

Our Prices

Canadian dollars, current for 2026. Where a range is shown, the range is real — it reflects how much work the case actually needs, not a starting price designed to climb.

TreatmentPrice
Denture repairMost simple repairs are finished in about an hour in our on-site lab. We screen every repair by phone first, so you are not driving across the city for nothing. From $167
Reline (refitting your existing denture)Adds new material inside a denture that has loosened as your jaw changed shape. Buys one to three years when the denture itself is still sound.$300–$600
New CNC-milled digital dentureScanned, designed and milled here from a solid puck of high-density acrylic. The range reflects how much the case needs — you get your exact number in writing before we start.$2,000–$4,500
Partial dentures (acrylic, cast metal, flexible)Priced by how many teeth you are replacing and which material suits your bite. We don't publish a single number here because there isn't an honest one — a one-tooth acrylic partial and a full cast-metal framework are not the same job.Quoted at consultation
Snap-on implant overdentureNo tax, no variation, no "and up". Both arches together: $10,000. This is our fee for the overdenture itself — the implant surgery below is billed separately by your surgeon.$5,250 flat per arch
Implant surgery (by an oral surgeon)Placed and billed by an oral surgeon, not by us. Use your own or we'll refer you. Across our referral network last year the average worked out at roughly $2,370 per implant.$1,500–$2,500 per implant
Fixed All-on-4 bridgeA permanently fixed bridge that you do not remove — a different treatment from the snap-on overdenture above, and quoted case by case.$25,000+ per arch

Surgical fees are set by the oral surgeon, not by us. Everything else on this page is our own fee, and it is the same number for everyone.

What Actually Moves the Price

Five things account for almost all of the difference between one denture quote and another. None of them is a sales tactic.

How many teeth you are replacing

A single-tooth partial and a full upper denture are different pieces of work. Partials in particular are priced by tooth count and by the framework they need to sit on.

The material

Acrylic, cast cobalt-chrome and flexible nylon behave differently in the mouth and cost differently to make. Which one is right is a clinical question about your bite and your remaining teeth — not only a budget question.

Whether the lab is in the building

A clinic that outsources pays a third-party lab, and that invoice is inside the price you are quoted. Ours is down the hall, so there is no lab markup and no shipping a case back and forth when something needs adjusting.

Implants, or no implants

Implants are the single biggest jump in price. They are also the only thing that reliably stops a lower denture from moving. The surgery is billed separately by the oral surgeon who places them.

The state of what you are wearing now

Sometimes a reline solves it for a few hundred dollars. Sometimes the base is warped and the teeth are worn, and a reline is a fresh coat of paint on a cracked wall. We tell you which of the two you are looking at.

What the Canadian Dental Care Plan Covers

Dentures are covered services under the CDCP, and it is no longer limited to seniors — it is open to eligible residents of all ages. For a lot of our patients it is the difference between putting treatment off another year and getting it done.

  • Adjusted family net income under $90,000
  • No access to private dental insurance
  • A filed tax return for the previous year
  • Rules have changed more than once — confirm the current criteria on Canada.ca, or call us and we will help you check

The CDCP pays a set amount per procedure, which may not be your full fee. We tell you your co-payment before treatment starts, in writing — not after.

Why We Can Publish These Numbers at All

Damien designs your denture and Luisa, our RDT Candidate, builds it — down the hall, in our own lab. There is no third-party lab invoice buried inside your quote, and no shipping a case across the city when a tooth sits slightly wrong.

  • No outsourced lab fee built into your price
  • Adjustments happen here, usually in the same visit
  • Intraoral scanning — no impression goop, no gagging
  • CNC-milled from solid acrylic, not 3D printed

Denture Cost — Common Questions

How much does a full set of dentures cost in Toronto?

Our new CNC-milled digital dentures run $2,000–$4,500 depending on what the case needs. If you want a denture that does not move, a snap-on implant overdenture is $5,250 flat per arch, plus the oral surgeon's fee for placing the implants. You get the exact figure in writing after a free consultation.

Why will most denture clinics not publish their prices?

Because denture cases genuinely do vary, and a single number on a website is easy to get wrong. That is a fair reason to publish ranges — it is not a good reason to publish nothing. Where we have a flat fee we say so, and where the price depends on the case we say that instead.

Does the Canadian Dental Care Plan cover dentures?

Yes. Dentures are covered services under the CDCP. It pays a set amount per procedure, so depending on the treatment there may be a co-payment left over. We confirm what you will owe before treatment starts. Eligibility rules have changed more than once, so check the current criteria on Canada.ca or call us and we will walk through it with you.

Is a cheaper denture a worse denture?

Not automatically. But ask one question wherever you go: do you fabricate in-house, or outsource to a lab? If they outsource, the person who designed your denture never touches the fabrication — and every adjustment after that costs you appointments and time.

How much is a denture repair?

Repairs start at $167, and most simple fixes are done in about an hour in our on-site lab. We screen every repair by phone first so you are not making the trip for nothing.

Do you charge for the consultation?

No. The consultation and the written quote are both free. Bring the denture you are wearing now if you have one.
