Damien John Hiorth DD
Damien DD is the founder and lead denturist at Dentures Direct, bringing nearly three decades of dedicated experience to his patients. He focuses exclusively on complex denture cases, implant-retained prosthetics, and advanced digital denture workflows.
As an industry pioneer, Damien DD has mastered intraoral scanning, in-house CNC milling, and 3D printing technologies to deliver the most precise, comfortable, and natural-looking smiles available today.
Beyond his clinical practice, Damien DD has a strong background in education. He is a former Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor at both Oxford College and Georgian College. His commitment to elevating the profession has also led him to contribute to various committees at the College of Denturists of Ontario.
In addition to his clinical and educational roles, Damien DD is the founder and lead developer of DentureFlowPro.com, an innovative AI-powered practice management software designed specifically for denturists.

Henry Nguyen DD is a highly skilled and compassionate denturist dedicated to delivering precision, comfort, and care to every patient he serves.
Before moving to Canada, Henry earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine in Vietnam in 1994, bringing with him a wealth of dental knowledge and technical expertise that continues to enrich his work today.
For more than 12 years, Henry has been an integral part of the Dentures Direct team — first as our Lead Dental Technician, and for the past two years as an Associate Denturist. His technical background gives him a deep understanding of every stage of denture fabrication, ensuring each case meets the highest standards of function and aesthetics.
Henry believes that "patients' satisfaction is my happiness," and his gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a trusted clinician among his patients and peers alike. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Henry is proud to serve both communities with professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
Caroline Brunelle
Caroline is the primary point of contact and dedicated treatment coordinator at Dentures Direct. With her warm demeanor and exceptional organizational skills, she ensures every patient's journey is smooth and stress-free.
She expertly manages patient interactions, detailed treatment planning, and surgical referrals. Navigating insurance can be daunting, but Caroline is highly experienced in handling pre-authorizations and direct billing, including comprehensive support for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
Holding a specialized background in Chemistry, Caroline brings a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to clinic operations and patient care.

Luisa Gomez
Luisa Gomez is a skilled Technician and recent graduate of George Brown College's Dental Technology program, expecting to complete her RDT certification in the summer of 2026.
She brings over three years of academic training and more than a year of practical experience in a denture laboratory. Currently working in our clinic, Luisa has experience across all areas of dentistry, with a particular focus on denture fabrication.
She is committed to helping patients achieve functional, natural-looking smiles that enhance their confidence and well-being.
