Digital Immediate
Dentures in Toronto
Having failing teeth extracted? We design and mill your denture in advance using 100% digital, impression-free technology. You walk in with failing teeth and walk out the same day with a complete, confident smile.

How immediate dentures work
The idea of going weeks or months without teeth after extractions is a dealbreaker for most patients. Immediate dentures solve this.
Before your extraction appointment, we take a 3D digital scan of your mouth. Damien then uses digital software to virtually remove your remaining teeth and design your new denture. We mill it right here in our North York lab.
You take the finished denture with you to your dentist or oral surgeon. As soon as your extractions are done, they insert the denture. It acts as a protective bandage over the extraction sites, reducing swelling, protecting the healing gums, and letting you heal with a full smile from day one.
The benefits of a digital immediate workflow
Zero time without teeth
You leave the extraction clinic with a full set of teeth. No social embarrassment, no difficulty talking.
Acts as a clinical bandage
Covers the extraction sites immediately, which protects the healing gums, limits post-op bleeding, and minimizes swelling.
Digital precision design
No gooey putty impressions. We capture a perfect 3D digital scan, allowing us to plan the fit and bite to sub-millimeter accuracy.
Easily reproducible
Because it is a digital file, if you drop or lose your denture during the healing phase, we can mill an exact duplicate in 24 hours.
Milled from high-density PMMA
Milled from a solid polymerized puck. Stronger, denser, and more hygienic than hand-poured acrylic temporary dentures.
Natural aesthetics
We customize the shading, shape, and alignment of your new teeth digitally to match your natural anatomy or create a fresh look.
The healing process & soft relines
It is important to know that your gums and jawbone will shrink and change shape as they heal over the 3 to 6 months following extractions. This is a completely natural process.
As this happens, your immediate denture will start to feel loose. To maintain a snug, comfortable fit, we will perform temporary soft relines in our clinic. These adjustments are included as part of your treatment plan.
Once your gums have completely healed and stabilized (typically after 6 months), we will perform a permanent hard reline or transition you into a final digital complete denture designed for your new, healed anatomy.
Transition to your new smile with confidence.
If you have extractions planned or know you need them, book a free consultation with Damien. We will explain the timeline, coordinate with your extraction dentist, and design your digital denture. No referral required.
